Today, Sarah and I visited the High Line Park. This place was once a raised railroad track that brought goods into the Meatpacking District. After the railroad was closed the tracks were left in despair. However, in 2004 the city pumped money into rehabilitating the railroad tracks and turned it into a unique park. This place is an instant go-to spot in NYC.
