Objectified is a new film by Gary Hustwit the director of Helvetica. I think I’m more excited about this than Helvetica because design is all around us and this seems to explore the thought process of the designer of our common everyday things.

Fireside Chat with Director Darren Lynn Bousman
Director Darren Lynn Bousman recently visited Full Sail University to promote and screen his new film Repo! The Genetic Opera.
Bousman was on a whirlwind tour that included 7 cities in 7 days. He and fellow writer/actor Terrance Zdunich personally went to every screening and just hung out with the fans.
Even with 3 successful movies under his belt, Saw 2, 3 and 4, it’s refreshing to see that Darren still understands the value of connecting with your community and utilizing the web as a powerful way of doing so. Repo! is a fun event and I definitely encourage you to check it out when it comes to your town.
It was a privilege to edit this piece. Darren is a very inspiring and motivated person and what’s even better is he’s a fellow Full Sailor.

The Convergence of Film and Gaming
One day the lines of games and movies will be so blurred we will advance so far into new ways of entertainment only to realize we’ve come full circle back to live theater. Imagine a fully interactive live video game on stage! By stage I mean the intarnatz and everyone is an actor watching/playing his/her own role.
